Jaden has really stepped up to the plate (or the 10 meter platform !) in fundraising for the DiveSeattle Dive-A-Thon!

If a diver raises over $500 he/she will receive a complimentary hour long PRIVATE LESSON with DiveSeattle’s Visiting Olympic Coach, Ilich Marcano. Jaden battled his fears and butterflies to speak in front of a group of firemen, because he really wants Coach Ilich’s private lesson!

Today, he went to the Lake Stevens Fire Department and told all the firemen about how much he loves diving! Those firemen were awesome! They passed the hat around (their Fireman’s helmet) and Jaden collected a whopping $250 for the Dive team which we will use for our new dryboard!

Awesome job, Jaden ! We can’t wait for the Dive-A-Thon on Thursday, June 18, 2015, from 5:00-7 pm followed by our Dive-A-Thon Potluck following the fundraiser. Jaden will find out then if he won the private lesson!

Our goal is to raise $7,500 for a new dryboard training tool and as of now we have already raised the first $1500! If you would like to support DiveSeattle, or even a specific individual diver, please check out the link below to donate.

And WE ALL THANK YOU in advance.
